Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Clinic Pharmacist to join our team at a tribal clinic/hospital in Arizona. In this role, you'll provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in an outpatient clinic setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and ensure accuracy in prescription processing
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients
• Work alongside physicians and care teams to optimize treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and pharmaceutical inventory

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a valid Pharmacist License (AZ license not required)
• Has hospital outpatient or ambulatory care experience (not just retail)
• Is comfortable working in a remote tribal setting and adaptable to new environments
• Experience with RPMS or similar systems like the VA s Vista is a plus
