Are you an experienced Pharmacy Technician looking to advance your career? Soliant Health is working with a Clinical Hub in Phoenix, AZ, and we are seeking a dedicated pharmacy technician to join our team! This is an office-based position focused on data/order entry and patient/provider calls. No dispensing involved at this site.

Position: Order Entry Pharmacy Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Direct Hire (Full-time)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (after training) Weekend rotation required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter new and refill medication orders into our pharmacy software system.
  • Track and update the status of medication deliveries.
  • Provide superior customer service through telephonic consultations regarding medication orders.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of medications and exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor reports to identify and resolve medication order issues.
  • Ensure Order Entry meets commitments for pharmacy run times and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

  • Licenses: AZ Tech License and PTCB certification required.
  • Software Experience: Familiarity with Frameworks preferred (especially for LTC experience).
  • Skills: Strong verbal/phone and written communication, dependable, trustworthy, team-oriented, problem-solver, self-starter, and adaptable.

    Ideal Candidates:

  • Previous LTC Experience: Preferred, but retail and call center techs are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills Required: Data/order entry and/or call center experience.
