Position: Clinical Oncology Pharmacist

- Permanent Placement (or Temp-to-Hire)

Duties:

Pioneering Oncology Care:Lead the charge in supporting Oncology & Pharmacy Services by overseeing the entire spectrum of medication management, from prescribing to waste disposal, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Integrated Healthcare Excellence: Collaborate seamlessly with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to recommend and educate on patient-specific chemotherapeutic treatments, empowering individuals on their journey to recovery.

Driving Innovation: Spearhead policy development, process enhancement initiatives, and clinical staff development to elevate our Oncology Pharmacy services to new heights.

Regulatory Compliance Champion: Serve as a Pharmacy representative during regulatory compliance surveys, ensuring adherence to the highest standards in the verification, preparation, dispensing, and administration of chemotherapeutic or Hazardous medications.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active CA Pharmacy License (or ability to reciprocate)
- Two years of Hospital Oncology Pharmacy Experience preferred
- Completion of a PGY1/ PGY2 ASHP Accredited Oncology residency program preferred
- Experience with MOSAIQ EMR preferred
- Oncology Pharmacy Board certification preferred

Location: Coastal California
