Long Term Care Pharmacist Manager Pennsylvania
We’re seeking a driven and adaptable Pharmacist Manager to take the lead in a Long Term Care pharmacy setting in Pennsylvania. This is a 13+ week temp-to-hire opportunity that calls for someone who can manage workflow, lead a team, and ensure regulatory compliance—all while fostering a supportive and efficient pharmacy environment.
This role offers a consistent four-day workweek with one scheduled day off and requires on-call availability every other weekend to support facility needs. The site operates weekdays from 8am–6pm and weekends from 7am–3pm.
Required Qualifications:
Clear and active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
Strong people skills and leadership ability
Long Term Care pharmacy experience required
Familiarity with QS/1 PrimeCare preferred (willing to train the right candidate with strong leadership and communication skills)
