Soliant is looking for an experienced Interim Director of Pharmacy to fill a 4-8 week position at a hospital in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy leadership and interim roles, with expertise in managing compliance issues and operational challenges. A valid California pharmacy license is required, and immediate availability is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead pharmacy operations and oversee new management initiatives.
• Address and resolve compliance issues, including IV protocols.
• Work closely with the team to enhance processes and efficiency.

• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in leadership roles and recent inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance, including IV protocols.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and implement effective solutions.
• Valid California pharmacy license
