Inpatient Staff Pharmacist Contract to Hire - Blue Ash, Ohio

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Inpatient Staff Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Blue Ash, Ohio. This role offers an excellent pathway to transition from a contract position into a permanent hire, within a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, prepare, and dispense medications in accordance with physician prescriptions and hospital protocols.
• Provide clinical consultation and support to healthcare professionals regarding drug therapy, dosage calculations, and drug interactions.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including those related to controlled substances.
• Participate in patient rounds and collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking of pharmaceutical supplies.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Every 4th weekend

Qualifications:

• Clear and active license in the state of Ohio
• 2+ years pharmacist experience
• Inpatient pharmacy experience required
• Wellsky EMR experience preferred
