Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist (Travel Contract) - Northern California

Assignment Specifics:
•    Full-time
•    13-weeks
•    Shift: Day/evenings - 4 days/10hour shifts
•    Housing accommodations, mileage and per-diem provided. 

Job Duties:
•    Review and monitor patient’s medication therapy and orders written by appropriate prescribers.
•    Advise healthcare professionals of any issues with patient’s medication therapy and provide recommendations.
•    Prepare, label, and dispense medications for patients in accordance with physician’s prescriptions.
•    Prepare sterile IV admixtures.
•    Provide drug information and educate caregivers, patients and students regarding their medication and their proper use and monitoring.

Pay: $65/hr - weekly pay!

Requirements:
•    Active Pharmacist license in the state of California
•    At least 1+ years’ experience in an Inpatient Pharmacy setting
•    1+ year experience IV compounding
