Position: Hospital Pharmacist
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus every 4th weekend
Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Verification: Review and verify medication orders for accuracy.
• Medication Reconciliation: Perform comprehensive medication reconciliations.
• Consultations: Offer expertise on Warfarin and Vancomycin therapies.
• Renal Dosing: Adjust medication dosages for patients with renal conditions.
• IV Compatibility: Ensure compatibility of intravenous medications.

What We re Looking For:

• Licensing: Clear and active pharmacist license in Ohio required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a pharmacist role with inpatient experience.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with Wellsky EMR is advantageous.
