Are you an experienced Hospital Pharmacist looking for an exciting new role? We have a great 13-week opportunity in Cincinnati that offers a fulfilling experience and competitive hours.

Position: Hospital Pharmacist
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shifts: Monday to Friday, plus every 4th weekend
Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Verification: Confirm the accuracy of medication orders.
• Medication Reconciliation: Perform detailed medication reviews and reconciliations.
• Consultations: Provide expertise on Warfarin and Vancomycin management.
• Renal Dosing: Handle dosing adjustments for renal patients.
• IV Compatibility: Ensure the compatibility of intravenous medications.

What We re Seeking:

• License: Must have an active and clear pharmacist license in Ohio.
• Experience: At least 2 years of pharmacist experience with a background in inpatient pharmacy.
• Preferred: Experience with Wellsky EMR is advantageous.
