About the Role:
Are you an experienced pharmacy technician looking for a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives? Soliant Health is partnering with an Infusion Center in Dallas to find a dedicated Infusion Pharmacy Technician who is passionate about patient care.

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the pharmacy team, supporting a range of essential functions including compounding medications, managing inventory, and assisting with medication orders. You’ll work closely with a skilled team of pharmacists and healthcare professionals, all while learning and growing in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Medication Orders & Compounding: Accurately prepare and dispense medications according to doctor prescriptions, including sterile and non-sterile compounding.
  • Inventory Management: Keep our pharmacy running smoothly by ensuring that we’re fully stocked, ordering supplies as needed, and managing returns for expired products.
  • Billing & Documentation: Help with entering billing data and ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly to support smooth medication delivery.
  • Aseptic Techniques: Prepare IV admixtures using aseptic techniques while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Patient & Team Support: Assist patients and medical staff with questions in a compassionate and nonjudgmental way, always under the supervision of a pharmacist.
  • Organization & Cleanliness: Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure safety and efficiency in the pharmacy.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior Compounding Experience: You’ve been there and done that – you have experience with both sterile and non-sterile compounding.
  • Sterile Certification: You’re certified in sterile compounding in Texas (a must for this role).
  • Pharmacy Technician License: Must have an active/clear Texas license
  • Attention to Detail: You understand the importance of accuracy in everything you do.
  • Great Communication Skills: Whether it’s talking with patients or collaborating with your team, you know how to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working with others in a supportive and dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: The world of infusion therapy can be busy – but you’re someone who stays organized and focused under pressure.

    Why Join Us?
This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to contribute to a team that’s truly making a difference in the lives of patients with chronic conditions. If you’re looking to join a supportive and dedicated team at a well-respected center, we want to hear from you!
