Our Immunization Support Pharmacist will be responsible for providing immunizations and support during COVID-19 vaccine distribution and providing extraordinary customer service to our RX patients. Additional responsibilities may include prescription review, providing patient counseling, accurately entering data into the system, managing patient insurance, maintaining a neat and orderly pharmacy, and working cohesively with the other pharmacy Team Members. Responsibilities may include: Administer Immunizations Screen Immunization Intake Forms • Fill and dispense prescriptions • Oversee patient safety and adhere to pharmacy professional practice • Facilitate inventory management • Communicate directly with patients, insurance and doctors • Provide unparalleled levels of customer service •  

Requirements:

Bachelor or advanced degree in pharmacy

Current and clear pharmacist license

 Active immunization and CPR certifications

Minimum 1 year experience in community pharmacy •

weekends/holidays/evenings)
