Hospital Staff Pharmacist - Minneapolis, MN

RPh on the Go is looking for a Hospital Staff Pharmacist in Minneapolis, MN.

The Staff Hospital Pharmacist will be responsible for order entry in the centralized pharmacy along with IV, and TPN compounding.

The successful candidate will consult with medical staff to ensure the best drug therapy for all patients by reading labs, participating in drug utilization review and making recommendation when needed.

MN Registered Pharmacist required. Hospital Pharmacy experience is preferred. Hours are 7 on 7 off nights
