Hospital Pharmacist Sarasota, FL
A post-acute specialty hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a full-time opportunity. This role will serve as the primary pharmacist and PIC/Consultant of Record, supporting daily pharmacy operations and providing after-hours and weekend coverage.

**Location:** Sarasota, FL
**Employment Type:** Full-time
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
**Start Date:** ASAP
**Responsibilities:**
* Serve as PIC/Consultant of Record
* Provide daily pharmacy staffing and oversee pharmacy operations
* Provide weekend, after-hours, and on-call coverage
* Perform IV compounding in a segregated compounding area
* Support medication management for a post-acute patient population
* Work with pharmacy technician and remote order-entry support
**Requirements:**
* Active Florida Pharmacist license
* Florida Consultant Pharmacist license preferred/ideal
* Hospital pharmacy experience
* IV compounding experience required
* Comfortable serving as PIC/Consultant of Record
* Availability for weekend, after-hours, and on-call coverage
* Ability to start quickly
**Technology:** WellSky pharmacy system and Pyxis automation
