Hospital Pharmacist - Remote Support Houston TX

We are looking for experienced Pharmacists to join our hospital telepharmacy service team in the Houston area. This unique opportunity involves working in an office-based setting, remotely connecting to various hospital pharmacies to process order sets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations and be adept at adapting quickly to different hospital environments.

**Requirements:**

- Texas Pharmacist License
- Some experience in hospital pharmacy settings
- Ability to work in an office-based environment
- Strong computer skills

**Schedule:**

We have the following full-time positions available:

- 7-on, 7-off, 10-hour shifts from 17:00 to 03:00
- Monday to Friday, 6-hour shifts from 18:00 to 24:00

**Duties:**

- Remote processing of order sets in hospital pharmacies
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication orders
- Providing clinical support as needed
