Hospital Pharmacist Job NJ Full-Time Hours

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for an exciting opportunity in Lakewood, NJ. If you have a passion for patient care and a background in inpatient and clinical pharmacy, this position could be a perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in ICU rounds as a Clinical Pharmacist.
• Perform antibiotic stewardship activities.
• Provide support for Med/Surg units.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient/clinical pharmacy experience.
• Experience working in ICU settings and with antibiotic stewardship programs.
• EPIC system experience preferred.
