Hospital Pharmacist Job Monday-Friday Oregon

The ideal candidate will be a licensed pharmacist in Oregon with full-time availability and the ability to travel. Duties will include verifying medication orders, supervising pharmacy technicians, providing pharmacokinetics services, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy.

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday - Friday day-shifts (PHARMACY HOURS: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on weekends)

Duties:
- Verify medication orders
- Supervise pharmacy technicians
- Provide pharmacokinetics services
- Consult with physicians and nurses regarding medication therapy

Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed pharmacist in Oregon
- Full-time availability
- Willingness to travel
