Position Overview
Title: Travel Pharmacist
Type: 13-Week Travel Assignment (Potential to Extend)
Location: Southern Missouri
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Every-other Weekend: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
(All shifts are 8 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Order entry and verification
Pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
Communication with physicians and nursing staff
Oversee and support pharmacy technicians
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and clinical standards
Ideal Candidate:
Active Missouri Pharmacist License (in good standing)
Minimum 1 year of inpatient/hospital pharmacy experience
Proficient with EPIC and Pyxis
Adaptable to rotating shifts and clinical settings
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
