Responsibilities: • Oversee all pharmacy operations as Pharmacist in Charge • Conduct thorough chart reviews and ensure precise documentation • Verify and fill prescriptions, stepping in when technician support is absent • Complete internal reporting and recordkeeping using Microsoft Excel • Guarantee adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations • Operate independently with limited supervision and minimal patient interaction • No billing or insurance duties involved

Qualifications: • Active Louisiana pharmacist license in good standing with no disciplinary history • 3–5 years of pharmacy practice experience • Experience with substance abuse or opioid treatment preferred but not mandatory • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes • Ability to work autonomously and maintain compliance focus
