Position: Hospital Pharmacist
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Term: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday + Every 4th Weekend
Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Verification: Ensure accuracy in medication orders.
• Medication Reconciliation: Review and reconcile patient medications.
• Consults: Provide expert advice on Warfarin and Vancomycin.
• Renal Dosing: Manage medication dosing for renal patients.
• IV Compatibility: Verify compatibility for IV medications.

What We re Looking For:

• License: Must hold a clear and active pharmacist license in Ohio.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a pharmacist with inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Wellsky EMR is a plus.
