Full-Time Pharmacist Canton, NY

Soliant Health has partnered with a respected pharmacy in Canton, NY, to hire a full-time pharmacist. The ideal candidate must be certified, have a PharmD, and be comfortable administering all vaccines.

Hours: Either 4x10 or 4x12 schedules (e.g., 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
Schedule: Variable - Evenings required at times

Responsibilities:

• Register with the state board of pharmacy as a supervising pharmacist or PIC.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee entire pharmacy operations to meet financial goals, including budgeting, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Engage in business development activities within the store and community.
• Manage pharmacy support staff, including job performance and reviews.
• Guide and train pharmacy associates, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
• Ensure all pharmacy associates complete required company training.
• Participate in patient-centered services like immunizations, MTM, and wellness programs.
• Counsel patients and medical providers on drug usage, dosages, interactions, and side effects, monitoring patient health for compliance and optimized therapies.
• Maintain and participate in continuous quality improvement programs for patient safety.
• Provide exemplary service using professional judgment within the pharmacist's scope of practice.
• Keep workstation and department facilities neat, clean, and organized per company standards.
• Complete continuing education as required by state law.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate:

• NY License
• PharmD
• Immunization Certification (Required)
• Must be comfortable giving all vaccines (Required)

Salary Conversion: $62/hr - $65/hr
