Full Time Inpatient Pharmacy Manager - Kyle, TX

RPh on the Go is actively seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Manager willing to work Kyle, TX. This role requires a dedicated professional who will serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) while also handling staffing duties. Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
On-call required: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM and 24-hour coverage on weekends (not every week)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), maintaining pharmacy compliance and quality control

Supervise and support pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians

Ensure accurate preparation, verification, and dispensing of medications

Manage medication inventory and procurement to ensure availability and cost efficiency

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy

Oversee IV medication preparation and sterile compounding procedures

Handle staffing duties, including scheduling and workflow management

Provide training and mentorship to pharmacy staff

Participate in on-call responsibilities as scheduled
Requirements:

Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license

IV Certification

Minimum 3 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience

At least 2 years of management experience
