Full-Time Infusion Pharmacist Indiana

Position Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Infusion Pharmacy
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an infusion pharmacist
Extensive Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) experience required
Pediatric TPN experience required
Strong background in sterile compounding of IVs, TPNs, and other infusion drugs
Experience supervising IV technicians and overseeing quality control
Proficiency in CPR+ or CareTend preferred
Licensing:
Active Indiana Pharmacist License required or willingness to obtain
