Director of Pharmacy Operations PA

Soliant seeks a dedicated Pharmacist with strong leadership skills to join our home infusion pharmacy team in Horsham, PA. This direct hire position requires a candidate with extensive experience in both infusion and management, ready to take charge of a small, focused team. The pharmacist will oversee the preparation and dispensing of IV medications while ensuring compliance with state regulations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with a passion for patient care and a proven track record in managing infusion pharmacy operations.

Site Details:

• Operating Hours: Monday - Friday (No weekends)
• Team: Oversee 8 employees focused on IV dispensing/mixing
• Software: CPR+

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the infusion pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee the preparation and dispensing of IV and other sterile compounds.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in both PA and WV.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to pharmacy staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and outcomes.

Requirements:

• PharmD required.
• PA and WV pharmacist licenses in good standing.
• Minimum 1-2 years of home infusion experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience, preferably in an infusion pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency with CPR+ software.
