Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Estimated Hourly: $97 - $110
Responsibilities:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shifts
Ideal Candidate: PharmD with PGYI + PGYII or 4+ years of ambulatory care oncology experience. BCOP preferred. Must obtain CA pharmacy license.
