We are seeking a talented and motivated Pharmacist, Operations Manager to join a high-volume mail order compounding pharmacy in the suburbs of Cincinnati, OH. Location: Suburb of Cincinnati, OH (Confidential Facility)
Hours of Operation: 24/7 pharmacy
Shifts (that Pharmacist work)

  • First shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Second shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Third shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

    This large-scale compounding mail-order pharmacy ships to all 50 states and offers a dynamic work environment.

    Job Description:

    As a Pharmacist, Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflows, managing a dedicated team, maintaining compliance, and optimizing inventory and financial performance to deliver high-quality patient care. You will play an instrumental role in developing and implementing operational processes to improve efficiency and drive success.

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy
  • Supervise and mentor a team of pharmacists, technicians, and administrative staff
  • Develop and implement operational processes for improved efficiency and patient care
  • Ensure compliance with DEA, HIPAA, and other federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory agencies
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry

    Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pharm.D. degree from an accredited pharmacy school
  • OH State licensure as a pharmacist
  • 3-5 years of compounding pharmacy leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacotherapy
  • Proficient in PioneerRx pharmacy software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
