Soliant Health needs an inpatient pharmacy expert for a full-time position in Harbor City, CA. Our ideal candidate for the Pharmacist role is knowledgeable of pharmaceutical care, working in inpatient pharmacy, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and working well in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is for the day/evening shift & some weekends. Our ideal candidate will have experience with Pyxis & Cerner. Be familiar with all inpatient protocols. Our candidate must have hospital experience.

Requirements: 

• Recent Hospital Experience 2+ years
• Cerner & Pyxis Knowledge  
• Knowledge of dosage of warfarin, vancomycin, aminoglycosides, and TPN 
• CA License 
• Able to start asap
