Clinical Pharmacist - 4-Week Coverage, Travel - Montana

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Pharmacist to join our team in Havre, MT. In this role, you will work in our hospital pharmacy, delivering high-quality, cost-effective pharmaceutical services to patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert pharmaceutical care and related services to patients and healthcare teams.
• Participating in the ongoing assessment, planning, and treatment of patients.
• Supporting patients, their families, and medical staff.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of all services provided.
• Taking rotating call shifts as required.

Requirements:

• Current Montana Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency with the Meditech Expanse EHR system.
