Qualifications:
Active New Jersey Pharmacist License – Required
1 year of acute care experience with hands-on chemotherapy training – Required
3+ years of hospital pharmacy experience – Highly Preferred
Solid expertise in chemotherapy protocol review and dosage verification
Proven ability to prepare chemotherapy infusion/injectable medications in a USP 800 compliant environment
Experience using closed system transfer devices in sterile compounding
Assignment Details:
Start Date: Mid-June
Duration: 13+ weeks, with potential for contract-to-hire
Schedule: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Every third weekend required)
