Soliant Health has a critical need for an interim Director of Pharmacy for an inpatient-hospital setting. The ideal candidate must be flexible to start immediately and be flexible to travel to Central Coast Region of California.

Job Title: Interim Director of Pharmacy

Location: Central Coast Region, CA

Setting: Hospital - Inpatient

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct pharmacy department operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and hospital policy adherence.
• Manage budget, expenses, and inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance medication therapy and patient safety.
• Oversee technology systems for efficient pharmacy operations.
• Maintain supplier relationships for timely medication procurement.

Requirements:

• Active/clear CA license
• At least 2+ years of experience as a Director of Pharmacy
• Inpatient-hospital experience
• Full-time availability with flexibility to travel
