IV Pharmacy Technician

We are looking for an IV Pharmacy Technician. The IV Pharmacy Technician assists a Registered Pharmacist by accurately filling prescriptions, preparing Sterile Compounding medications, and conducting data entry, following regulatory requirements. Schedule Start: Monday - Friday and rotating weekend if needed
Job Duties:
- Clean and maintain Sterile Compounding room per USP 797 guidelines
- Fill prescriptions and prepare Sterile Compounding under pharmacist supervision
- Handle Long Term Care knowledge and orders
- Compound medications in a Class 100 clean room as directed
- Perform data entry and assist with facility calls
- Maintain and account for equipment
- Stock IV department areas and assist with safety checks
- Replenish Emergency Drug Kits for Long Term Care
- Adhere to HIPAA and communicate any concerns promptly
- Follow safety, attendance, and dress code policies
- May require overtime, holidays, and weekends
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
